Meet the team

I'm Laila (aka @Lailates_) and I became a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor in early 2024. Prior to becoming a Pilates teacher, I worked in the TV Production industry for 10 years, which certainly kept me on my toes, with credits on shows such as Married at First Sight.
I first fell in love with Pilates whilst I lived abroad, and have been hooked ever since!
In my classes you can expect fun, spicy workouts that bring the infamous Pilates burn, nostalgic R&B playlists and all round good vibes!
When I'm not in the studio, you'll likely find me enjoying brunch and a matcha or booking my next trip.
