Meet the team

I'm Laila (aka @Lailates_) and I became a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor in early 2024. Prior to becoming a Pilates teacher, I worked in the TV Production industry for 10 years, which certainly kept me on my toes, with credits on shows such as Married at First Sight.
I first fell in love with Pilates whilst I lived abroad, and have been hooked ever since!
In my classes you can expect fun, spicy workouts that bring the infamous Pilates burn, and all round good vibes!
When I'm not in the studio, you'll likely find me enjoying brunch and a matcha or booking my next trip.
