Our classes, across our Chapel Allerton Reformer Studio and our Roundhay mat studio, are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those with experience. Our selection of classes compliment each other, to bring you a holistic wellness routine across all aspects of your wellbeing.

Reformer Studio - Chapel Allerton

    Reformer Foundations (Beginner)

    Our beginner class helps you build the foundations before progressing to more challenging movements in other classes.

    Also suitable for those who prefer a slower, lighter session due to an injury or after time off.

    Reformer Flow (Intermediate)

    Once you have mastered the basics, Flow offers a full-body workout to improve strength, flexibility and core strength.

    The class is suitable for intermediate level, with adaptations and progressions to cater to varying abilities.

    Reformer Strength (All Levels)

    Our Strength classes give you a strength workout, with added 3kg & 5kg dumbbells - think more power and intensity, leaving you feeling strong & sculpted.

    Reformer Sculpt (Intermediate)

    This full body workout focuses on precision using lighter resistance and longer time under tension with high repetitions. Work on low impact, controlled endurance movements, often incorporating small weights or other resistance to help strengthen muscles, improve posture, and build muscular endurance.

    Reformer Bump (Pre Natal)

    Our prenatal classes are designed to support and strengthen the body during pregnancy. The class will start with a short catch up with the group to ask how the pregnancy is going, a lovely chance to offload, get advice and make friends :)

    You'll use the Reformer machine focusing on gentle, low-impact exercises that improve flexibility, posture, and core strength while promoting overall comfort and wellbeing.

    The movements are tailored to accommodate the changing body and address common pregnancy related discomforts, such as back pain, pelvic instability, and poor posture.

    Reformer Baby (Post Natal)

    Our postnatal class is designed to help new mothers regain strength, improve posture, and restore the body after childbirth.These classes promote mindful breathing and controlled movement, helping to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.

    Bring your baby (up to 12 months) along and experience a supportive environment, and connect with other new mothers and their babies.

Mat Studio - Roundhay

    Mat Pilates Dynamic (All Levels)

    A modern, full body Mat Pilates class designed to build strength, improve mobility and challenge your body through fluid, dynamic movement.

    Using a variety of Pilates equipment including resistance bands, Pilates balls and weights, this class adds an extra layer of challenge to traditional Pilates exercises. Expect creative sequences, full body strengthening and plenty of core work, all while staying true to the key principles of Pilates.

    Our instructors will offer progressions and modifications so you can work at a level that feels right for you. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, balance, posture or overall fitness, Dynamic Pilates is an energising class that will leave you feeling stronger.

    Mat Pilates Classical (All Levels)

    Our Classical Pilates class stays true to Joseph Pilates' original method, focusing on controlled, purposeful movement and the six fundamental principles of Pilates: concentration, control, centring, precision, breath and flow.

    Expect to move through a series of traditional Mat based exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility and build full body strength. Every movement is performed with intention, encouraging a deeper connection between your mind and body.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • Barre Strong (All Levels)

    A full body strength class that combines the precision of Barre with functional strength training to build muscle and leave you feeling stronger.

    Using a mix of bodyweight exercises and dumbbells, expect to find controlled, high repetition sequences designed to challenge your entire body.

    Originally created by a dancer, Barre Strong is not a dance class and you don't need any dance experience or flexibility to take part.

    Suitable for all fitness levels but we recommend that you attend a Barre Sculpt class before a Barre Strong class.

  • Barre Sculpt (All Levels)

    A beat driven class set to an uplifting playlist, this full body workout is designed to challenge your muscles, raise your heart rate and leave you feeling strong, energised and empowered.

    Blending elements of Barre, Pilates and Ballet, this low-impact class delivers high energy movement through small, controlled exercises that target strength, endurance, balance and posture. Expect plenty of pulses, holds and burn.

    Originally created by a dancer, Barre Sculpt is not a dance class and you don't need any dance experience or flexibility to take part.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels)

    Our Vinyasa Yoga class is a dynamic, breath led practice that seamlessly links movement with breath to create a flowing, energising sequence.

    Designed to build strength, flexibility, balance and mobility, each class encourages you to move mindfully, improve body awareness and develop a deeper connection between your mind and body. Expect a creative flow that will challenge you physically while leaving you feeling calm, focused and refreshed.

    Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, improve overall fitness or simply carve out time to unwind, Vinyasa Yoga offers the perfect balance of movement and mindfulness.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • Yin & Restore Yoga (All Levels)

    A deeply calming class designed to help you slow down, release tension and restore both body and mind.

    Combining the meditative stretches of Yin Yoga with the gentle support of restorative poses, you'll hold each posture for longer periods using props to fully support your body. This allows your muscles to relax, encourages a deeper stretch through the connective tissues, improves flexibility and helps calm the nervous system.

    Perfect for reducing stress, improving mobility and creating a sense of balance, this class offers the opportunity to switch off from the demands of everyday life and leave feeling refreshed, restored and re-energised.

    Suitable for all levels, no previous yoga experience is required.

  • Tai Chi (All Levels)

    A gentle, low impact class that combines slow, flowing movements with mindful breathing to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and overall wellbeing.

    Tai Chi helps reduce stress, increase mobility and leaves you feeling calm, centred and refreshed.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • Mat Pilates Bump (Pre Natal, All Levels)

    Our Prenatal Mat Pilates class is designed to support and strengthen your body throughout every stage of pregnancy in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment.

    Each session begins with a relaxed group catch up, giving you the opportunity to connect with other mums to be, share experiences and build friendships within our growing community.

    Using gentle, low impact exercises, you'll focus on improving posture, mobility, core and pelvic floor strength, while helping to ease common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain and pelvic girdle pain. You'll also learn breathing and movement techniques to help you feel stronger, more comfortable and better prepared for birth.

    Our experienced instructors will provide modifications to ensure every exercise is safe and appropriate for your stage of pregnancy.

    Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Mat Pilates Baby (Post Natal, All Levels)

    Our post natal Mat Pilates & Baby class is designed to support you through your postnatal recovery, helping you rebuild strength, improve posture and reconnect with your body after childbirth.

    You'll focus on restoring your core and pelvic floor strength whilst improving your mobility. Our experienced instructors will guide you through safe, effective exercises that can be adapted to suit your stage of recovery.

    Bring your baby along and enjoy some movement without needing childcare as well as meeting other new mums giving you the chance share experiences and become part of our supportive community.

    Babies up to 12 months are welcome, and if you'd prefer to enjoy the class on your own, you're more than welcome to attend without your baby too.

    Suitable for all levels as long as you have been cleared by your doctor to exercise
