Bookings & Cancellations

How do we book classes?

You can either book directly through our website, or use our Apple or Android booking app. From there, you can sign up as a member, view the timetable, purchase credits or memberships, book classes, amend bookings and visit our store.

Can I book a one off class with a friend, without purchasing a Credit Pack or Membership?

Our Plus One Pass invites you and a guest to enjoy a session at the studio for £45—no Credit Pack or Membership required.

Simply purchase the pass via our website or app, then message us to reserve your spots. Bookings are subject to availability; two open spaces must be available to secure your session together.

How far in advance can I book?

The class timetable is available to view up to four weeks in advance, with bookings open up to three weeks ahead.

If I am a member, can I book for the next period in advance? When will I get the Credits to do that?

If you're on a monthly membership, your account will reflect both your current period’s Credits and those for the upcoming period—allowing you to book classes in advance. The upcoming Credits will only appear as soon as you attempt to book a class within the next monthly cycle via the timetable.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is fully booked, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. Should a space become available, all waitlisted members will be notified by email—whoever books first secures the spot.

This system allows you to join multiple waitlists without using additional Credits or being automatically enrolled, giving you full control should your plans change.

Please note that you must have a valid Credit in order to join waitlists.

Can I purchase additional Credits if I am on a rolling membership?

A single class typically costs £25, but as a member, you’ll pay the rate aligned with your current plan. For instance, members on the 8-class per month plan pay £17 per class. So, if you’ve used your Credits for the month and wish to book an additional session, you’ll benefit from this discounted rate of £17, rather than the standard £25.

Once your Credits are used up, the reduced class price will appear in the timetable when booking, instead of the usual Credit deduction.

What is the cancellation policy?

For classes, 12 hours notice is required to cancel to avoid losing the credit. Classes can easily be amended/cancelled in the booking section of the app.

For memberships, 30 days notice is required via email.

What is the lateness/no show policy?

We advise that you arrive to class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you are over 5 minutes late, you will be unable to attend the class and will lose the Credit. Please also note that if you fail show up for class, you will lose the Credit.

Pre & Post Natal

Can I attend normal classes if I am pregnant?

If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, you are welcome to attend our Beginner classes but please let us know in advance so we can let your instructor know and they can make necessary adjustments for you.

If you are in your second trimester we advise you attend our pre natal classes.
