Katie Jones
REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
I come from an international cheerleading background, with 10+ years experience in the sport and retiring a bronze world medalist. Alongside a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I have a great understanding of the human body, and the positive impacts of group exercise. I teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates, alongside other exercise disciplines such as spin, and aim to teach more in the future! With a love for strength training and general fitness, I keep my classes engaging, full body focused with the Pilates principles embedded throughout.

17:15 - Reformer Flow (Intermediate)
18:15 - Reformer Foundations (Beginner)
19:15 - Reformer Strength (All Levels)
