KAT HARGRAVE
REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
I’m Kat (@kat_physiopilates) I have been a qualified Physiotherapist for 4 years.
I started my Pilates training in 2022 as I am passionate about using exercise to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and proprioception. In my classes you can expect a full body workout with a chilled house or RnB playlist.
Away from the studio I love being outdoors, on a good hike or in the gym.

16:30 - Reformer Disco Ball Sessions - Strength (All Levels)
17:30 - Reformer Disco Ball Sessions (Beginner)
18:30 - Reformer Disco Ball Sessions (Intermediate)
