REFORMER INSTRUCTOR

I’m Kat (@kat_physiopilates) I have been a qualified Physiotherapist for 4 years.

I started my Pilates training in 2022 as I am passionate about using exercise to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and proprioception. In my classes you can expect a full body workout with a chilled house or RnB playlist.

Away from the studio I love being outdoors, on a good hike or in the gym.

Fridays
17:00 - Foundations (Beginner)
18:00 - Flow (Intermediate)
19:00 - Summer Strength (All Levels)

+ some weekend classes!
