✨ In this 90 minute Reformer workshop, you’ll explore elegant, ballet inspired sequences designed to improve posture, core strength, balance, and full-body control. Working both on and around the Reformer, we will focus on challenging exercises that draw from classical ballet technique
✨Experience plies, développés, arabesques, and flowing port de bras combined with the resistance and support of the Reformer
✨ Expect to feel lengthened, challenged and deeply connected to your body through graceful yet powerful movement, whilst learning the fundamentals of dance
