REFORMER INSTRUCTOR

After specialising in HIIT and strength training for 10 years as a PT, several years ago I discovered Reformer Pilates and fell in love. You use muscles you never knew you had and its benefits go way beyond the burn and the shaky legs (but love that too).

I love a strong plank series and anything with rotation through the core like woodchops! Great for strong slim waists :)

Outside of the Pilates studio I love walking my 3 dogs and come summer you'll catch me at the beach or a festival!

12:15 - Flow (Intermediate)
13:15 - Foundations (Beginner)
